HideyHood 90º Wall Mount Outdoor Storage Cover

The HideyHoods are one of our more recent outdoor storage product innovations. Whereas the HideyHood 180º is a free standing waterproof outdoor storage dome, the HideyHood 90º attaches to a wall or fence. What is HideyHood 90º for? It's for anything you want to keep outside but would rather it didn't get wet... e.g. a mobility scooter, bikes or even your Triumph ST Sport motorcycle: [caption id="attachment_1057" align="aligncenter" width="500"]HideyHood for motorcycle storage. OK there are a few bikes which have windscreens and huge panniers that won't fit inside, but all those we tried did![/caption] Don't want to, or can't mess about with a fitted cover for your mobility scooter. The HideyHood 90º just lifts up to get in or out and simply then drops down to keep it dry. [caption id="attachment_1058" align="aligncenter" width="500"]HideyHood mobility scooter storage Instant coverage - it just drops down to keep your scooter dry.[/caption] Got too many bikes and no storage space in the shed or garage for them. The HideyHood 90º is plenty big enough for 5 full size cycles (and probably more, but we could only rustle up five!). [caption id="attachment_1060" align="aligncenter" width="500"]Waterproof cycle storage. Easily enough room for 5 full size bikes.[/caption] It's 187 cm high, the same front to back and 250 cm wide. What will you keep in yours?

HideyHood 180º Storage Dome

If the 90º is not big enough for you... how about the HideyHood 180º. It's free standing and offers twice the storage capacity. Plenty big enough for a Polaris Trail Boss quadbike. In fact, if you're as good a rider as me, you could get two in there. [caption id="attachment_1061" align="aligncenter" width="500"]Lots of storage space The HideyHood 180 is literally twice the size of the 90.[/caption]

Tidy Tent and Tidy Tent Xtra Modular Outdoor Storage System

Originally designed for cycle storage and sold as the "Bike Cave", the Tidy Tent has been hijacked for a myriad of other uses; outdoor furniture, toys, BBQ's, gardening equipment, lawnmowers -  in fact any outdoor bits you haven't got room for. You can use it free standing or fixed to a wall. If you want more storage space you can un-zip the rear door panel of a Tidy Tent Xtra extension unit and add on another module. If you don't need it you can fold it away and if it's in the wrong place, pick it up and move it. Try that with a traditional garden shed! [caption id="attachment_1063" align="aligncenter" width="500"]Great value, huge storage capacity Perfect for outdoor toys.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_1064" align="aligncenter" width="500"]Storage for your garden and outdoor bits and bobs. Tidy Tent can be used free standing or fixed to your garden fence.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_1065" align="aligncenter" width="500"]Modular outdoor storage system. Need more space? Garden and Home Innovations

PVC Greenhouses

If you have a tiny garden, courtyard or maybe just a balcony, that's no excuse for not growing your own fresh produce. We offer a range of PVC greenhouses in a variety of sizes and styles. All our growhouses are made from UV stabilised PVC with a strong, light and flexible fibreglass framework. The HortiHood Mini 90º fixes to a wall or fence and at just 87 cm high it can fit below many windows.  The Mini 180º is freestanding, twice the size of the 90º at 135 cm wide and 174 cm long. Despite the name you might be surprised at just how much room there is inside. 500wideMini180+Vicky If you have room in your garden the HortiHood 90º and 180º are just the job when  you need more growing space. Again the 180º is free standing while the 90º fixes to a wall or fence. A HortiHood 90º stands 187 cm high, the same front to back and is 250 cm wide. The 180º is literally twice that size, as it is essentially two 90's back to back. [caption id="attachment_990" align="aligncenter" width="500"]HortiHood 90 perfect for the smaller garden or on your allotment Plenty of growing space, especially if you use greenhouse staging.[/caption]

Modular PVC Greenhouse System

The CultiCave allows you to extend your growing space depending on your requirements and the size of your garden. Each module is 178 cm high, 200 cm wide and 80 cm deep, designed to take four standard size grow bags. You can fix your CultiCave to a wall or leave it free standing (pegs and guy lines are included). Each module weighs around 3kg. If you want to relocate one, just pick it up and move it. Try that with a traditional greenhouse... [caption id="attachment_991" align="aligncenter" width="500"]A greenhouse for even the smallest garden. If you want more room just zip on another module.[/caption]

Wormeries and Worm Composters

We throw away a lot of waste that could so easily be converted to high quality compost. With a wormery and several hungry worms you can produce your own compost for nothing. Shove in your scraps and let the worms "process" the waste for you. It's easy and requires far less garden space than a herd of horses. [caption id="attachment_993" align="aligncenter" width="500"]Turn your waste into top quality compost. The Worm Factory 360 doesn't really have great big holes in the trays, that's to show you what goes on inside.[/caption]

Urbin Grower Organic Self Watering Plant System

If you don't have a big enough garden or even have no garden at all, you can still "grow your own". The Urbin Grower takes the concept of "Square Foot" gardening and brings it to you in one box. All you need to do is just add seeds and water to start growing your first crop of delicious fresh produce. Pack includes: •Growing container •Watering reservoir •Soil separator •Complete trace mineral kit •Coir mulch, chips, and pumice •Set of seed trays •Instructional DVD and manual [caption id="attachment_994" align="aligncenter" width="500"]Grow your own with the Urbin Grower Enjoy organically grown fresh veg however small your outdoor space.[/caption]

Prop-a-Plant

Another of those "why didn't anyone think of it before" innovations is Prop-a-Plant. Packed in sets of three, these clever little cantilever steel cane supports hold up the canes for tomatoes and other tall plants you grow in grow bags. As they slide in easily under the side of the grow bag and adjust easily, you can use as many as you need. And you don't need to position them until your plants are tall enough to need support. One extra little bonus of Prop-a-Plant is that you no longer have to place you grow bags next to a wall for support. Conventional growbag cane supports are positioned centrally along the grow bag, generally limiting you to 3 tomato plants per grow bag. Prop-a-Plant is designed to allow 3 units to be positioned, interspersed from each side of the grow bag, which means you can get 6 tomato plants in each grow bag! [caption id="attachment_995" align="aligncenter" width="500"]Great for growbags Support your plants and canes[/caption]

Cobb BBQ - a safer portable camping barbecue - hot yet cool!

Many camping, caravan and campervan sites are not always happy with the idea of barbecues or fire pits. On safety grounds many sites impose a ban on outdoor barbecues. However with the Cobb camping bbq they will often make an exception. This is because of the ingenious design of this insulated, sealed, stainless steel portable camping barbecue. You can actually pick it up by the base and move it whilst it's still cooking. How cool is that? Literally.

Barbecue technology for the 21st century

Take a look at the diagram below and you'll see just how it works.
  1. Dome: stainless steel with a heat-resistant handle. Holes in the Dome ensure even ventilation throughout cooking process creating an oven effect.
  2. Grill Grid: easy to clean Teflon® non-stick coating. Excess fats drain away through the holes and into the moat.
  3. Fire Basket: A secured area for the Cobble Stone or loose briquettes.
  4. Stainless steel moat: catches all excess fat. The moat can also be used for cooking vegetables.
  5. Base: with anti-slip rubber feet, the base remains stable and cool to touch during use.
The Cobb portable camping BBQ is packaged complete with instruction manual. All the components with the exception of the base are completely dishwasher safe. BBQ Ideas Cobb portable BBQ Whether you decide to purchase the Cobb charcoal barbeque or the Cobb gas barbecue, both are incredibly versatile. Just take a look at the following Cobb BBQ videos and see for yourself.

Evolution of the Cobb portable barbeque

history The original concept and motivation behind this compact, portable camping barbeque innovation was to encourage native Africans to use corn cobs as cooking fuel rather than scarce wood or coal. The original product was a simple clay pot / stove with a steel mesh grill that Africans could easily make for themselves and fuel with their locally grown corncobs, which were in abundant supply. In December 2001 this amazing portable barbeque was voted by Time Magazine as one of the best inventions of the year. After a few years an all metal ECO Cobb portable barbeque was developed which could be distributed globally to third world countries in aid programmes. Over time and as a result of a continual improvement programme we have the range of technically sophisticated compact Cobb barbecues we see today with a host of cleverly thought through accessories.
