Standard Shipping to UK Mainland – £5.95 up to 3 working days
(excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands & Isles).
All products shipped to UK Mainland will normally be sent via a courier on a standard parcel delivery service. Smaller packages and parcels will sometimes be sent using Royal Mail. Rob McAlister Ltd reserves the right to change carrier at its discretion. The courier will aim to deliver your product within 2-3 working days. Although Rob McAlister Ltd makes every effort to meet the stated delivery target, this service is not guaranteed, and Rob McAlister Ltd accepts no responsibility for late delivery. This service is offered on the basis that deliveries will only be attempted between Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. It is the responsibility of the customer to seek compensation from the courier in the event of loss or damage. Rob McAlister will provide the customer with the postage details to facilitate this.
Express Shipping to UK Mainland – £9.95 approx. 1-2 working days

An express parcel delivery service is available to UK mainland destinations and some parts of the Scottish Highlands. This service takes between 1 and 2 working days. Although Rob McAlister Ltd makes every effort to meet the stated delivery target, this service is not guaranteed, and Rob McAlister Ltd accepts no responsibility for late delivery. This service is offered on the basis that deliveries will only be attempted between Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Shipping to non-UK destinations:
All products shipped to non-UK destinations (including Channel Islands) will be dispatched via a courier service. The service aims to deliver to mainland Europe generally within one to four working days, rolling out to as much as three to five days for more distant worldwide destinations. Note: Non UK deliveries may incur a customs import charge; you the customer are responsible for paying any customs import duties and taxes. Our products are sold strictly D.A.P. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you what the cost will be as this varies widely from country to country. For information on current charges, please contact your local customs office and check what customs duties may be applied before proceeding with your purchase from our company. Please be aware that in some countries customs duties and import taxes can be VERY expensive, sometimes even higher than the purchased value of the goods themselves. Note that in the event that your shipment is intercepted by your local customs authorities and in the event that duties are applied, our courier has a policy that they will only hold the goods for approx. 4 days – after this time period they will abandon or destroy the goods.
Customs and Import Duties:
The Customer is responsible for payment of customs and import duties and taxes – and also all costs associated with clearance, handling and administration. Unfortunately we cannot tell you what the cost will be as this varies widely. For information on current charges, please contact your local customs office.
Our nominated courier service has a delivery policy of attempting delivery twice whereupon they will leave a card instructing the customer to either arrange a re-delivery or pick up the parcel from their nearest depot. If the customer does not collect the parcel or arrange a re-delivery, the parcel will be returned to Rob McAlister Ltd. Any charges incurred by Rob McAlister will be passed to the customer and required to be settled before the parcel is re-despatched. The customer will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. It is our policy to try to despatch all orders within 3 working days. Orders for products that are not readily available for immediate sale will not be accepted unless agreed to by the customer. In such a case, Rob McAlister Ltd will agree a delivery schedule, which shall also be considered as indicative only. Said products will be sent to you as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer. Rob McAlister Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party.

1.1 If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set in clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in clause 1.2, below. Rob McAlister Ltd will reject returned goods that are unsolicited from Customers that have not complied with the procedure set in clause 1.2 below.
1.2 Goods that are rejected by the Customer must be returned in a saleable condition, unless faulty. In the first instance the Customer must inform us of their intention to return the product or products. We may require the Customer to complete our Return Request form, with details of the rejection and supply the requested contact details. If it is agreed that the goods should be returned, the Customer will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN must be clearly displayed on the returned goods and posted to: Rob McAlister Ltd, Unit 15 H, Hackworth Ind Park, Shildon, Co Durham, DL4 1HF, United Kingdom. The goods should arrive with Rob McAlister Ltd no later than 7 working days following the issuing of a RAN. When Rob McAlister Ltd has received returned goods and validated the nature of the return Rob McAlister Ltd will then either reject the claim (e.g. if not received in saleable condition) issue a replacement or refund the customer. The Customer will be entitled to reasonable postage compensation if the goods are deemed to be faulty. In the absence of a clear written instruction for a refund, Rob McAlister Ltd will default to a product replacement. Please note – all costs associated with returning goods to Rob McAlister Ltd, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, including shipping cost any customs duties or taxes, handling fees or import clearance fees must be paid by the customer. If you are exchanging items you will be charged for a new delivery!
