CultiCave XtendaHood – the Lift-Up / Drop-Down CultiCave Extension Hood
The CultiCave XtendaHood is another innovation from Cave Innovations. Designed to attach to either the front or rear of our patented “cave” structure CultiCave mini modular greenhouse system. It fits both the standard CultiCave and also the premium CultiCave TRIO. (It actually also fits the TidyTent garden storage range too if you want to create your own hybrid garden storage/mini greenhouse combo!)
Simple to assemble, just slide the fibreglass rods through the sleeves and insert the metal hinge pins into the hollow metal ends of the rods. Simple to install, just unzip and remove the door panel from your “cave” then zip the XtendaHood to either the front or rear of your cave (or both!) The product also includes fixings to secure it to the ground.
The innovative Culti Cave XtendaHood extension hood adds a new dimension to the CultiCave mini modular greenhouse system, quite literally! It’s particularly beneficial if you are mobility impaired or disabled. You can potter about unhindered with your favourite plants, then just drop the hood down and walk away!
XtendaHood Features / Specification
When zipped you’ll notice the rain flap covers the zip to limit water ingress.
Metal “D” rings for pegging down or for strapping up with toggle and loop.
The metal hinge pin system makes for quick and easy installation.
Dimensions (approx.): 170 cm (5ft 6″) wide, 150 cm (5ft) high, 150 cm (5ft) deep.
